New PC...again?

Okay...I posted a forum post a while back that asked for recommendations and opinions on a possible PC that I was going to get. I knocked that one out of the way and now have my eye on another. I think it is a fairly good deal, I just want a second (or more) opinion. Thanks and here are the specs:

Main Specs:

Processor: Dual Core-AMD Athlon 4200+ (2.2GHz)

RAM: 1GB PC4200 DDR2 SDRAM

Optical Drive: Double-Layer DVD+/-RW

Hard Disk: 320GB Hard Drive (SATA, 7200RPM)

Graphics: nVidia GeForce 6100

Software:

Operating System: Windows Vista Home Premium

Other: CyberLink PowerDVD, Quick Burning (NTI CD-Maker Gold), Adobe Reader 6.0

Input Devices:

Keyboard: USB Multimedia Keyboard*

Mouse: USB Optical Mouse*

Output Devices:

Display: 19" Widescreen LCD-TFT Monitor

Printer: Photo Printer*

Misc. :

CPU Cache: 512KB, 512KB on Die level 2

RAM Expansion: 4GB

Video Memory: 256MB (Shared)

Networking: Gigabit Ethernet

Expansion Slots: 3PCI, 1 PCIe1x, 1 PCIe16x, 3 DIMM

USB: 8 (4 front, 4 rear)

Serial: 1

Parallel: 1

I'll upgrade the RAM (to 2GB) and Video Card (to a PCIe card) when I get a chance.

The information provided sounds good, but that of course would depend on the price tag which you forgot to mention...

The only change I would make is to increase ram to 2GB - I speak from experience here. My pc,  running Ultimate, currently has only 1064Mb free out of 2Gb...

Good plan....

The video card wis the bottleneck as you already pointed out. Additionally there seems to be a crop of driver problems prventing many games from working with Vista especially using Nvidia chips.
